Priority Scheduling
Subscribers receive priority scheduling for accepted jobs, placed ahead of nonmembers when jobs
have been accepted on the same day, potentially halving your wait time (e.g., if we have a 6-week
backlog you could be scheduled in approximately 3 weeks)!
10% Discount On All New Day Arborist Labor
The work you request will be proposed, then a 10% discount will be applied, excluding materials,
trucking fees, dump fees, permit fees, and Subcontractors.
Yearly Assessment
Subscription Members receive an annual tree inspection, which includes a visual assessment of tree
health, structure, and form to guide their care and management decisions. While tree inspection is
part of tree risk assessment, it is not meant to be a tree risk assessment.
Priority Storm Response
As a member, we prioritize your work during a storm event over regularly scheduled clients to
address an emergency. If a tree emergency occurs on your property, simply inform us, and our
certified arborist will contact you and schedule an estimate within 12 hours. Should a storm be
forecasted and create known damage, we will contact you by phone and email at least once and
request any current or imminent tree updates or failures.
Emergency service is prioritized by severity for all clients. For instance, a small fallen
backyard tree for a member is a lower priority than a large tree threatening a children’s
hospital. However, member emergencies take precedence over non-member
emergencies of equal severity.
Post Storm Inspection
While significant storms aren’t yearly occurrences, they are frequent. After a damaging storm and
subsequent cleanup, a certified arborist will visually inspect your trees for hidden damage. If any is
found, we will provide a management plan and estimate for mitigation. This post-storm inspection
fulfills your annual member inspection. Post storm inspection shall count towards a member’s
semi-annual assessment.
